Drawing its influences from Native American, West African, European and East Indian roots, the cuisine of the Caribbean is a unique mix, a callaloo, a melting pot of flavours, spices and colours, no words can describe it adequately, so you’ll have to experience it for yourself!
On our ever-changing menu, we offer smaller dishes like the legendary Trinidadian street food doubles, tangy soused mackerel from the Bahamas and delicious Haitian griot pork amongst others.
For those with a larger appetite, we offer ‘bigga tings’, like the Caribbean classic curry goat, the ever-popular escovitch fish or the delicious grilled king prawns with black pepper, lime & a healthy dose of rum.
Marinated for a minimum of two days in chef Damion Brown’s secret family recipe sauce, and slowly cooked to perfection in his custom-made smoker, the jerk chicken and jerk pork have become Jonkanoo favourites in just a few weeks.
No Caribbean meal is complete without hearty side dishes like the slightly coconut-flavoured rice n peas, steamed green beans or crispy sweet potato.
To complete your West Indian feast, why not sample a French Caribbean dessert like our pain au beurre et chocolat or our spiced ginger cake with crumble, chodo & ginger syrup.

For group bookings, there are two seatings available - 6.30pm and 8.30pm.
We can customize the menu print out on the day to suit your occasion; birthdays, anniversaries, work functions etc.
